Study Name: Vitality & Metabolic Activity in Connective Tissue Cells
Independent Cell Study | Dartsch Scientific
Overview
This in-vitro study evaluated the effects of ISOmove—a mineral-vitamin drink—on the vitality and energy metabolism of connective tissue cells (fibroblasts). The cells were assessed after a 24-hour incubation period using concentrations calculated to be realistic in vivo.
Key Insights
- Vitality: A statistically significant increase of 15.6% in cell vitality compared to the untreated control was observed.
- Metabolic Energy: A dose-dependent and statistically significant stimulation of the cellular energy metabolism (metabolic activity) was observed, increasing by up to 20.0%.
- Realistic Concentration Range: These effects were observed within the realistically calculated concentration ranges of 0.1–0.5 mg/mL.
- Non-Cytotoxic: The stimulation was observed to be dose-dependent and without damaging the cells.
Conclusion
The tested concentrations of ISOmove promoted significantly higher cell vitality and enhanced metabolic activity in connective tissue cells. These results support ISOmove's role as a product that may contribute to maintaining cellular energy balance and vitality under physiological conditions.
